AUBURN – Ann M. Charest, 59, of Auburn, passed away unexpectedly on 5/28/2026, with her beloved fur baby faithfully by her side.
Born in Lewiston on April, 22 1967, Ann was the daughter of Raymond and Carol Charest. She spent her life enjoying the simple pleasures that brought her happiness and allowed her to create lasting memories with those she loved.
Ann had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and especially enjoyed camping and spending time in nature. She loved the excitement of amusement parks and roller coasters and was always ready for the next adventure. One of her favorite pastimes was gathering with family to play cards, sharing laughter, stories, and treasured moments together.
Ann also had a deep love for her dogs, who were an important and constant source of comfort and companionship throughout her life. She was especially devoted to her current beloved dog, Naomi, who brought her great joy and was faithfully by her side.
Ann is survived by her parents Raymond and Carol; two children, Jakina Dixon and Amanda Darling; her brothers, Aaron and Rodney; as well as extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Dorothy and Harold Keene Juliette and Roland Charest and many aunts and uncles.
Ann will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, her love of family, and the joy she found in life's everyday moments. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
