Jason Louis Harris, 43, of Lewiston, Maine, passed away on June 30, 2026, in his hometown. Born on June 7, 1983, in Lewiston, Jason spent his life embracing the moments that brought him joy and fulfillment.
From a young age, Jason was drawn to the thrill of competition and camaraderie. He dedicated much of his youth and early adulthood to playing sports with passion and determination. Whether it was on the field or in the stands cheering for his favorite teams, especially the Maineiacs hockey team, Jason's love for sports was a defining part of his life. His enthusiasm extended beyond just playing; he found immense happiness attending live games and sharing those experiences with others.
Above all else, Jason cherished the time he spent with his friends. He thrived in their company, whether they were gathering at one another's homes for mischief or heading out together to bars and parties. The laughter and memories created during these times were some of Jason's most treasured moments. There was no happier version of him than when he was surrounded by those he cared about most.
In recent years, life may have taken Jason down different paths from many of his friends, but the love and connection they shared remained steadfast. His passing has illuminated just how deeply he was loved by those who knew him.
Jason is survived by his parents, Terry and Brian Harris; his siblings, Ben Harris and Megan Harris; his half-brother DJ Shaw; his beloved fiancée, Paisley Hays-Martin; and his aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins. He is predeceased by his beloved Mémère and Pépère, Diana and Louis Cloutier, as well as his grandparents Robert Harris Sr. and Donna Harris of Auburn. He also leaves behind many deeply loved friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Jason's memory will live on as a reminder to embrace life fully and cherish the people who bring us joy. May those who knew him find comfort in their memories of laughter and love shared with him.
