Nancy was a caring and multi-gifted lady who made everyone she knew feel happy in her company. She was an expert nurse and respected for her exceptional clinical skills. I am so sorry to learn about her death. Her faith community, family, colleagues, and numerous friends will remember her kindness and miss her smile. Good bless you Nancy. My sympathy to your family.

When Nancy Anthony passed away in February of this year, we—all of us who experienced the vibrancy of her being--lost a bit of our own vivacity. Nancy’s high-wattage output reflected upon all of us who were close; we know that. We radiated increased incandescence from her presence. Gone is her exciting exuberance. Stifled is her sense of humor. Silent is her prodigious musical talent. We’ll miss her for sure. Nancy was the real deal, all-in from the get-go, and consummately unforgettable.

I will miss my dear friend, Nancy. She was always a joy to be with. I loved her lighthearted outlook on life. She brought joy to my life too, with cards and gifts and her thoughtfulness over the many years and miles between us.I am saddened by her loss, this world needs more people like her in it. John, Karen and Craig, I will pray your grief will be lessened by the knowledge that Nancy is no longer suffering and is rewarded by her deep abiding faith here on earth. She loved Jesus with all of her heart as she loved you, John, Karen and Craig .May God's mercy and grace see you through this heartbreaking time. Dianne

It has been my joy and privilege to call Nancy my sister since she married my brother in 1987. Nancy's zest for life shined in her deep love and devotion to family, her caring compassion for others, her generous sharing of her talents and creativity, and the way she made each day a celebration. Her grace and good humor, rooted in her Christian faith, lifted countless spirits. I will miss her dearly. I extend my heartfelt sympathies and prayers for comfort to all her family and friends.

Dear John:
To think of Nancy now healed and rejoicing at the Throne of God is so comforting! You have been an exemplary caregiver to her through so much challenge. Now may you take refuge under the shadow of His wings through these days of grief.
With love, Meredith and Scott Kerr

My sister was always there for me, starting the day I was born when she became totally obsessed with her new baby brother. Although we were largely geographically separated we maintained a close relationship. Nancy's strong faith and advocacy thereof eventually brought me back to the flock, to her delight. We both were blessed with the gift of music, and we applied those talents to God's greater glory.
Nancy's diabolical sense of humor no doubt influenced my own, and we would often seek to out-do one another. She did put out a contract on my baby duck when I was only 6, but I can't prove it... Loved her anyway.
