I was so surprised and saddened to hear of Matt's passing. We have not been in contact since NBBI, but my memories of him are of a kind and sensitive guy who was an absolute pleasure to be near. God bless and keep you Alice. Precious memories!

Always a bit shocked and certainly saddened to hear of a friend or classmate who has taken that final journey home to Glory! But I guess at my age, 78, we should be expecting that final promotion to join others in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in that glorious home prepared for the redeemed. It will come to all who name the name of Jesus as the One they are trusting for salvation. I'm glad I gave Beth Adolphsen a call who shared the notice of his passing to me. There will be a class reunion some day soon! Maranatha! Soon and very soon we are going to see the King! Hallelujah! Our loss is Heaven's gain! Blessings and condolences to the family. Matt, you will be missed. We had many years at Fairchild working the night shift. Random phone calls spamming each other joking around. Sorry to hear this news, another good one taken too early. Guess "Only the good die young" is a true statement.

I am so very sorry for the loss of Matthew. My sister Jody sent me the obituary that was in the paper. May you all be comforted at this time with God’s strength and peace.
My childhood was wonderful because of Matthew, his sisters and his parents. They led me to the Lord Jesus who I walk with daily! I have wonderful memories of youth group events, many church services and lots of laughter with Matthew, Vicki, Nancy and Penny. So much love in my heart for all of you! You have no idea how many times I have thought of all of you! Be well in Him♥️

So very sorry to heat of Matt’s passing. I recall Matt being an honest and giving soul. Back in the day, you were such an avid follower of the Boston Celtics and especially Larry Bird. He will be missed by many. My sympathy goes out to his entire family.
