Biography:

Portland- Blanche M. (Gudinska) Buerig, 88, passed away on March 15^th, 2012 following a very brief illness.

 

She was born on March 17^th, 1923 in Poland the daughter of Louis and Mary Gudinski and was a long time resident of Norwood Mass.

 

Blanche enjoyed bowling, having lunch with her friends and going to Foxwoods.

 

She would like to be remembered by all the very handsome firemen in Norwood.

 

She leaves her daughters Carla Mahaney of Yarmouth, ME, and Karen Gad of Arlington, Mass.; her granddaughter Lauren A. Mahaney of S. Portland, ME; her nephew Stephen Vail of Hanson, Mass. and his family.

 

At her request, there will be no services. Donations may be made in Blanche’s memory to your local ASPCA.
