Biography:

Shirlie Eaton (Perry), 65, of Bath, Maine, died unexpectedly Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, from a heart attack. She had her close family by her side.

Shirlie was born August 9, 1954, in Newburyport Massachusettes, where she grew up with her large family.  She was the oldest sibling and was always
full of heart-felt and humorous stories of experience and laughter. As a young adult Shirlie moved to the Mount Washington Valley, where she started a family. She had a son, Jason, and then later married Steve Perry (2018). Together they had 2 more children, Channing and Summer, and were married
for over 20 years.

Shirlie was a studied paralegal who enjoyed a natural and holistic lifestyle. She was an adventurous soul who enjoyed gardening and could always be found with an arts and crafts project by her side. Shirlie was a strong supporter and advocate for the under-privileged and would give the shirt off her own back to help someone else. She will be remembered  for a beautiful smile and an upbeat attitude.

She is survived by son Channing, daughter Summer both of Midcoast Maine, granddaughters Elise and Colby, two brothers, Charles Eaton, Manchester, NH and Michael Eaton, Salisbury MA as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also long-time family friends Debbie Eggleston, Robert Kantar, and Sherm Twombley.

She is preceded in death by parents, Richard and Jean Eaton, son Jason Notargiacomo, brother Richard and sisters Kerry, Gloria, Patricia, Tara,
and Bonnie.

Services will be held in the spring.
