Biography:

LEWISTON — Kathlyn H.P. Jewett, 33 passed away on August 26, 2011 at her home after a brief Illness. She was born in Brunswick November 12, 1978, where she lived most of her life. She was a 1997 Brunswick High School Graduate.

Kathlyn was a loving mother and took daily pleasure and pride in the raising of her son Connor. She was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed cooking and her sons football and baseball games.

Kathlyn was predeceased earlier this year by her father Maurice Jewett, as well as previously predeceased by her Maternal grandparents Edwin and Harriet Bowmer, and her Paternal grandparents Carl and Stella Jewett, Her Aunt Kathleen McCourt, and a cousin Tina Dall.

She leaves behind her son Connor Jewett, her mother Pamela Jewett, a sister Stella G. Jewett, her brothers Michael Jewett, Jonathon Jewett, Jason Jewett, and her brother in law Jason Trahan.

There will be a graveside service on Saturday September 10, 2011 at noon at Hardings Cemetery with a small gathering to celebrate her life to be announced after the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association in memory of her at www.diabetes.org.
