Stephanie Louise (Bisol) Parker

Date of Death: October 21, 2012

Date of Birth: December 31, 1981

Biography:

Sabattus-Stephanie Louise (Bisol) Parker, 30, of Sabattus ME, went into the loving arms of Jesus on Sunday, October 21, 2012, at home with her beloved husband and mother at her side, after a courageous two year battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was born in Worcester, MA on December 31, 1981, graduating from Fitchburg High School in 2000, St. Josephs College of Maine in 2004, and married the love of her life Jeffrey, in 2009. Stephanie worked at the Achieve school, Bridges of Maine, and the Reach School. She was most proud of her in-home support work, and became a champion for children with autism. Stephanie was a 25 year member of the Girl Scouts having earned her Gold Award in 2000. She was also chosen as the Alumni of the Year 2012 from St. Joseph's College of Maine-an award she was very proud and humbled to receive.

Stephanie was a fierce warrior, and her courage, faith, and strength fighting her disease was an inspiration to anyone who met her. She had a smile that never quit and made lasting friends as quickly as she met them. Stephanie was happiest being with her many nieces and nephews and the children of her friends, whom she loved dearly. They made her laugh and smile with joy, even on the darkest days.

Stephanie leaves her husband Jeffrey, of Sabattus, ME, her parents Mario and Amy (Kesseli) Bisol of Smithfield, ME, her twin sister Emily Abad, her husband Jon, and niece Eleanor of Fitchburg, MA, her brother Andrew Bisol, his wife Amanda, and niece Greta of Skowhegan, ME, plus many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, October 26, from 5-7pm at the Pathway Vineyard Auditorium 12 Foss Rd. Lewiston. A Funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 27, at 11:00am, at the Pathway Vineyard followed by a lunch and burial.
