Biography:

AUGUSTA - Bonnie Sarah Royer, 26, of Augusta, died unexpectedly near her home on Friday, Dec. 25, 2015. She was born June 7, 1989, in Augusta, the daughter of Christine Collins and Paul Mansir Jr.

Bonnie graduated from Cony High School in Augusta with the class of 2007. She attended college at the University of Maine in Augusta, where she was pursuing a career as a drug counselor.

Bonnie spent summers at her grandfather's camp on Lake Cobbossee. She enjoyed hiking, swimming, and being outdoors. The highlight of her life was when her daughter was born. To her, she was a precious gift, and she wanted nothing but the best for her. Bonnie was always about family, and loved them all very much.

She is survived by her daughter, McKenzie; parents, Paul Mansir Jr of Whitefield, and Christine and Keith Collins of Gray; maternal grandparents Elizabeth & Paul Douin of Augusta, and paternal grandparents Paul & Wanda Mansir Sr of Pittston, and Joyce and Alan Thornton Sr of Whitefield. Surviving siblings are Sasha Giles, Paul Royer and Christian Royer, all of Augusta.

Services will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church on 150 Grand Army Rd, Whitefield, ME 04353 on Monday, Jan. 4th, at 1 p.m. -
